For a long time, I didn’t tell that story. I’ve learned that your story matters even if you never told it, and now I’m finally telling mine.

Becoming a dad changed how I looked at my own childhood. I don’t want my pain to be what I hand down. My focus now is healing, and walking alongside anyone else who is doing that same work.
